Loving the dark, dramatic pieces from Valentino's Fall 2011 Couture collection. It still had the frills and girlie wonders for the Elle Fanning fans, but also more of a mature feel to it. And you can never go wrong in a Valentino red.

Givenchy's Fall 2011 Couture collection. I always look at Givenchy's recent couture collections as the more structured, origami-inspired sister to Elie Saab's couture collections. Both romantic in their own ways though.

Let's breathe it all in. Couture Fall 2011 collections are here and magic is happening. Starting off with Elie Saab, whose couture collections are always the stuff of legend. The lace and beading on the delicate fabric that hang so perfectly. Now let the sigh out.

Other looks from the Resort 2012 collections as we wrap it all up. Lots and lots and lots of collections to go through and I really loved the heather grays, ground sweeping skirts with and without the thigh-high slits, corals, and twists on some of the houses past pieces. It's on to the Couture Fall 2011 shows!
