Two of my favorite collections from NYFW. The purple, sheer fabrics, and cut-outs at Prabal Gurung and the laid back ladylike looks from Tracy Reese.

Some looks from Betsey Johnson's collection which was on trend for the most part. Betsey always does her own thing and most of the time it leads to a wacky, messy collection, but there was cohesiveness this time around and the girlie looks matched up to what else was shown at NYFW.

Probably the biggest color trend out of NYFW - white (or versions of it). It was done up in the sheer, draping, and frilly trends, but also in more masculine looks like the sexy suits. The designers got many miles out of white for Spring 2012 RTW hoping you all will too come March.
