The seriously gorgeous Amber Heard in a makeup tutorial for In Style September 2011. I'm always down for a simple yet interesting black liner. I never really go all out with my eyes unless I'm in the mood to create some Edie Sedgwick Sixties looks (which is generally on Halloween when I've run out of costume ideas), so I love this. I will definitely test 'em out.
